The Northern Lights might be visible in northern parts of the UK again on Saturday after the rare phenomenon was spotted across the country overnight.
However, you'll need need to prepare to lose a few winks of sleep as they will likely only be able to be seen from around 10.30pm or 11pm 'when it gets really dark'. Chris Snell, a meteorologist at the Met Office, said there were sightings 'from top to tail across the country'. 'Also, at this time of year, we are fighting the shorter length of nights, so it is unlikely that they will be visible until around 10.30pm or 11 o'clock when it gets really dark.'
