"A dictator bent on rebuilding an empire will never be able to erase the people’s love for liberty. Brutality will never grind down the will to be free. Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia, for free people refuse to live in a world of hopelessness, of darkness," Biden said. Biden also had a message for the Russian people, warning them that Putin's actions would cut them off from the world and is"taking Russia back to the 19th century."
"I’m always surprised by the depth and strength of the human sprint, I mean it sincerely," Biden said after meeting with the refugees."They are an amazing group of people."
