President Biden accused Republicans of 'undermining' the U.S. military in a speech on Thursday, and took shots at Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville over holding up nominations.

Biden forecast that, by the fall, there might not be leaders for other branches, adding that a"partisan freeze" is harming"military readiness, security leadership and troop morale." It's not the first time Biden has spoken out against Tuberville, calling him by name earlier in the month as he announced nominations.
