The video begins with a group of survivors navigating their way through the post-apocalyptic ruins of Barcelona, as they run away from the unseen creatures who continue to prey on people’s fears. It also introduces a far more dangerous threat in the form of a group of people without blindfolds who aims to make everyone accept their current reality.
Bird Box Barcelona is written and directed by Álex Pastor and David Pastor. The film stars Mario Casas, Georgina Campbell, Alejandra Howard, Naila Schuberth, Diego Calva, Patrick Criado, Lola Dueñas, Gonzalo De Castro, Michelle Jenner and Leonardo Sbaraglia. The film is produced by Dylan Clark, Chris Morgan, Núria Valls, Adrián Guerra, Josh Malerman and Ryan Lewis. Executive producers are Ainsley Davies and Brian Williams.
The 2018 movie was directed by Susanne Bier from a screenplay written by Eric Heisserer, based on Josh Malerman’s 2014 novel of the same name. It starred Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes, Sarah Paulson, John Malkovich, Rosa Salazar, and more.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
