Birmingham-based Sanders Capital Partners has acquired Pima Transitional Living Facility in Tuscon, Ariz., for $8.4 million dollars. A Birmingham-based real estate acquisition and development firm has acquired an Arizona health care facility for $8.4 million.
The facility is home to America’s Rehab Campuses , an Arizona behavioral healthcare provider. ARC provides clinicians and therapists who specialize in addiction treatment services, such as medical detox and inpatient residential rehab. “ARC remains committed to delivering an innovative approach to behavioral health that greatly benefits their clients and the community,” Stewart said. “We are keen to increase Sanders Capital Partners’ exposure to quality behavioral health assets throughout the country.”
