Starring Anjana Vasan as Nida, a South Asian woman suffering from social and political struggles in 1979 North, and Paapa Essiedu as Boney M inspired ‘demon’ Gaap, we see a young woman’s world turned upside down when she comes across a talisman.
Until a demon appearing out of a talisman she found in her work basement convinces her she needs to murder three people in three days, or the entire world will end.
As the world is burned away, Nida joins Gaap walking away into the future eternal oblivion holding hands.
