Asif Patel of Azym Ltd wants to convert the former Abacus Office Supplies premises in Richmond House, Tontine Street, Blackburn. He has applied for planning permission to transform the ground floor into the café and extend the first floor to create new office space.
“The premises was used by Abacus Office Supplies up until March 2021. The first floor is currently vacant but previously has been used as office accommodation and art studio. “The existing offices and meeting facilities currently situated on the ground floor will relocate to the first floor. The proposed operating hours of the Chai shop would be 9am to midnight.
