'Awful place, awful staff!'
Blackpool bar has fired back on TripAdvisor after a customer left a scathing review over their experience with the staff.
Clearly, the customer did not enjoy their visit, leaving a rather scathing review, entitled "Awful place, awful staff!!" and giving it just one star. This poor review is in contrast to the rest, with Revolution Blackpool often getting more positive comments and boasting an overall rating of 4.5 out of five on TripAdvisor.
The manager thanked the reviewer for their feedback, but commented that Saturdays are often their busiest day, meaning delays and waits at the bar are commonplace. They also state that the bar has a "zero-tolerance" policy on verbal abuse towards its staff members. "We, however, have a zero-tolerance policy towards any sort of verbal abuse towards our team members." Despite this, the other reviews on Revolution Blackpool's TripAdvisor page seem a whole lot more positive.
