The owners are asking for £1.7 million
Daish's Blackpool Hotel, situated in a 'prime location' on North Promenade, has been put on the market by Daish’s Group with a guide price of £1.7 million. The end terrace coastal property also includes a 130-seater restaurant, a coffee shop and a function room that can hold up to 150 people.
The hotel is spread across three upper floors and a basement and many of the 72 rooms boast 'panoramic sea views and of the North Pier to the left of the hotel'. It is also is located close to the town centre and the resort’s main attractions including Blackpool Tower and the beach.The listing on Rightmove reads: "The Hotel offers extensive food, beverage, and events space, as well as a games and snooker room.
The hotel is one of three freehold assets put up for sale by Daish’s Group, including the County hotel in Kendal and the Barrowfield hotel in Newquay. George Brown, managing director of Daish’s, said: "While we will be sad to see such great assets go, and it is with a heavy heart that we put these on the market, we will continue to expand the Daish’s portfolio, looking for hotels that we feel offer a better fit for our customers."
