Blackpool holidaymaker left hundreds out of pocket after hotel says they can't check in
A woman who had been hoping to spend a weekend in Blackpool with friends was turned away at reception due to a "leak" in the rooms.
"So, we weren't too bothered about it being liked a palace, we just wanted to stay somewhere that was nice and clean, so we could get our heads down, get up and get ready for the day after." The news of Kerry's stay comes after it was widely reported Pamella McInally from Scotland went to visit the hotel and refused to, after seeing the "disgusting" state of the rooms. The images of the hotel were shared by Pamela on social media, including dirty laundry, bin bags and bed linen that had been piled high.
Kerry said: "She came back out about 15 minutes later to the reception and said, sorry we can't have you staying here. We asked, what do you mean? She said we can't have you staying here because the four rooms have got leaks in.
