The husband and wife duo Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds wore complementary casual fits while out and about in New York – down to their matching Converse trainers.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are stripping back couple style. The duo strolled arm-in-arm around New York City, dressed for a leisurely walk. Lively wore a body-hugging black tank top with a pair of light-wash, mid-rise cuffed jeans, carried a jacket in hand and accessorised with a raffia Chanel flap bag, and Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses. She matched the orange-ish lenses to her burnt orange Converse low tops.
Shading himself from the sun, he wore a blue baseball cap and clear-framed sunglasses. Like Lively, Reynolds also donned a pair of Chuck Taylors. While his wife’s were orange, the actor chose white low-tops worn with grey socks with black polka dots. Call it a fun take on couple’s styling that doesn’t require matchy matchy outfits. Last summer, I wrote that Converse make for an excellent antidote to Sambas fatigue.
