Blake Lively talks saving clothing for her kids, her recent vintage obsession, and her friendship with Michael Kors.
Fresh from the Super Bowl, Blake Lively has returned to Manhattan just in time to catch the tail end of New York Fashion Week. Lively arrived to much fanfare at Michael Kors’s autumn/winter 2024 runway show in Chelsea, joining Katie Holmes, Meghann Fahy, Gabrielle Union, and Brie Larson on the star-studded front row. “He was the first person who showed up for me, and included me, and invited me to the party,” Lively says of the designer. “So I will always and forever show up for him.
She also carried a brown handbag and wore oversized earrings and rings. When it comes to her closet, Lively is building an impressive archive for her children. “I’m a hoarder, but I like to call it a collector,” she says, before joking: “It’s a real problem. I need to stop.” These days, she particularly enjoys diving into collections from yesteryear. “I’ve been really into vintage clothes, so I’ve been looking for a lot of vintage designer ,” she says. “It makes it so special.
