WHEELERSBURG, Ohio — A man found covered in blood while walking along a road Tuesday morning told deputies he and another man had been abducted and beaten, leading to the arrests of two men and a woman.
The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office says Kaleb Dixon, 23, of Wheelersburg, is charged with two counts of felonious assault, two counts of kidnapping, tampering with evidence, and a parole violation. Cameron Dixon, 18, of Portsmouth, is charged with two counts of felonious assault, two counts of kidnapping, and tampering with evidence. Christian Cheyenne Brooks, 25, of New Boston, is charged with two counts of complicity to felonious assault, and two counts of complicity to kidnapping.
