Vancouver, British Columbia-- - Blue Star Gold Corp. announces that, further to its news release of June 7, 2024, it has closed its second and final tranche of its oversubscribed non-brokered private placement through the issuance of 4,000,000 flow-through shares at $0.16 per FT Share raising gross proceeds of $640,000.
All securities issued are subject to a four-month and one day hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada and the Exchange Hold Period, expiring on October 27, 2024. The Company paid finder's fees to GloRes Securities Inc., Raymond James Ltd. and Generic Capital Corporation in the amount of $36,600 cash and 228,750 finder's warrants . The Finder's Warrants are non-transferable and exercisable until June 26, 2026 at $0.16 per Share.
