Christian parents are suing the state of Minnesota over an amendment to a state dual-enrollment program that shuts out religious universities from eligibility.
Mark and Melina Loe are alleging a violation of their religious freedom over Minnesota's recent amendment to its PSEO program.last month along party lines, with only one Republican in the state Senate supporting it.
