As the strong surface low moves off to the northeast, the breeze continues to be a big story as well as the cooler air. We also hang onto the gray conditions with plenty of upper-level 'energy' on top of us. The sky clears a little between disturbances as our next one dives in tonight. Temperatures fall toward seasonable levels overnight with clouds starting to thicken in the wee hours of our Sunday. As this secondary area of low pressure moves through, we could see a few showers.
Afternoon readings only look to be in the 50s again Monday with a light breeze holding. As Canadian high pressure builds in, we could have our first widespread frost of the season into Tuesday AM. Temps look to drop back into the middle and upper 30s! The air mass overhead starts to moderate by mid-week though as ridging develops once again. We'll see plenty of sunshine with high pressure in control early in the week with temps rising back close to 70 by Wednesday.
