Vancouver, British Columbia-- - BMEX Gold Inc. announces that the Company will change its name to"Route 109 Resources Inc." effective October 4, 2024 . At the opening of the market on the Effective Date, the trading symbol of the Company will change from"BMEX" to"RTE", and the new CUSIP and ISIN numbers of the Company will be 779291103 and CA7792911033, respectively.
The Company further advises that in connection with the closing of its recent private placement announced on August 6, 2024, an insider of the Company acquired an aggregate of 170,000 units, and as such a portion of the private placement constituted a related party transaction. The Company relied on the exemptions provided in sections 5.5 and 5.7 of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 in respect of the valuation and shareholder approval requirements of that instrument.
