Police have charged a 34-year-old man in connection with the death and he is expected to appear in court today. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of an injured man on Tennant Street in Renfrew around 4.20pm on Saturday, 13 May 2023. “Officers attended and a 35-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death. He is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday 15 May 2023.
