Dr Mosley was reported missing when he failed to return from a hike on Wednesday
A body has been found in the search for missing television doctor Michael Mosley, an official on the Greek island of Symi said.Over the weekend the search had been focused on a treacherous mountainous part of the island, as temperatures rose up to 47C.
The body was found next to an umbrella, he added. British journalists and a hospitality worker were the first to find the body, beneath a fence which runs around a bar on the Agia beach itself.with his wife, Dr Clare Bailey, and another couple. Agia Marina bar manager Ilias Tsavaris, 38, first saw the body after the island’s mayor “saw something” by the fence of the bar and alerted staff.
