Neil Adams was jailed for 28 months for secretly filming women in public bathrooms A Border Force officer who secretly filmed women using the toilet with the help of his girlfriend has been jailed for more than two years. Neil Adams and Stephanie Whitehead, both 40, planted mobile phones in toilets and changing rooms in ferry ports so they could spy on women using the bathroom.
’ Mr Brand told the court that Whitehead was complicit in the making of the covert tapes, and had also captured women in various states of undress in the changing rooms of clothing stores and a swimming pool. ‘One victim is filmed topless in a changing cubicle,’ he added. After police were alerted they raided the couple’s home in Ashford, Kent, and analysis of their phones and computers revealed the extent of their disturbing crimes.
