Border Patrol agents find 3 gunshot victims in the Otay Mountain Wilderness [Breaking]

U.S. Border Patrol agents in a remote area of southern San Diego County came across three men Thursday, all of whom had been shot.

The men told the agents that bandits in Mexico shot them. The men, from Mexico, then crossed into the U.S. without legal authorization, said Border Patrol acting Special Operations Supervisor Eric Lavergne.The agents called for Cal Fire paramedics, who met up at Alta Road and Otay Mountain Truck Trail. Paramedics then took the men to Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego.One of the men was treated, released and turned over to Border Patrol agents.
