🔴 Boris Johnson claims he has forgotten his passcode for locked Covid WhatsApps iPhone
Normal iPhones automatically disable for an hour after 10 wrong attempts to gain access, but there are fears in Mr Johnson’s camp that because this device has a higher level of security the entire contents could be erased if the wrong code is entered.have been at the centre of a tug of war between the Government and Lady Hallett’s inquiry for weeks.
While the battle was raging, Mr Johnson claimed he was happy to circumvent the Cabinet Office disclosure process and hand over his messages, as well as official diaries and handwritten notebooks, directly to the inquiry.
