The lavish estate was first listed on the market in 2019 at $56million and was reduced to $44.5million earlier this year, before finally selling for $32.5million in an off-market deal. Located in the celebrity enclave of Beverly Hills, the Aniston-Pitts' marital home was a French Normandy Revival-style mansion spanning 11,173-square-foot and set on grounds boasting a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a guest house.
