A 'bright and bubbly Preston mum died suddenly - just weeks before her 40th birthday - leaving her family heartbroken.

Lisa said: "She didn't do very well in her GCSEs but after she had Zane, she made the decision to go back to university to become a social worker. She was so proud of herself for doing it, and it was something she was very passionate about.
"She was a social butterfly, and she loved being the centre of attention. Everyone that met her fell in love with her personality. She was a bright bubbly person, and Zane was her whole world and she was his. Everyone is going to miss her so much."
