The man’s family was informed after police tracked them down with information from a hotel wristband Spanish police are investigating the death of a British tourist in Magaluf. Neither them nor local police on the Mediterranean island have made an official comment. However, a spokesman for Calvia Council, the local authority responsible for Magaluf, said: ‘A British tourist aged 49 year died in the street this morning in the Magaluf area. ‘It occurred around 4.30am.
