Two brothers will swim in Lake Erie on a question to complete 10Ks in all 50 states in 30 days.
The brothers are set to make a splash in Lake Erie on Day 19 of their journey. And one stop on their list is Lake Erie.how “Swim Brothers” Joe and John Zemaitis of Arizona began this watery endeavor on July 20. The purpose of this swim-a-thon is to raise money for the USA Swimming Foundation, specifically to promote water safety and drowning prevention as well as access to open-water swimming across the nation.
The Zemaitis brothers are also by no means wet behind the ears when it comes to such undertakings: They’ve previously swum the English Channel, around Manhattan, and in Loch Ness.how they have already completed this challenge in Iowa’s Spirit Lake as well as Lake Michigan in Wisconsin. They are scheduled to swim in Lake Erie by day 19 of their travels.
