The Browns on Monday placed the franchise tag on Njoku, their 29th overall pick in 2017, meaning he’ll be under contract through at least 2022 for the tight end amount of just under $11 million. They also tendered three exclusive rights free agents in receiver Ja’Marcus Bradley, guard Michael Dunn, and offensive tackle Blake Hance. They did not tender ERFA Malik McDowell, and are letting him walk
