A criminal complaint detailing the charges allege the Reyhers were among the first group of rioters to enter the tunnel areas of the Capitol. The couple are said to have entered the tunnel near the Lower West Terrace at about 2:43 p.m., joining others who were pushing against police officers. They’re accused of entering the tunnel three separate times to try and gain access into the Capitol.
