In partnership with Binghatti, an Emirati developer, Bugatti is creating an eponymous opulent building — with freshly released renderings promising a glittering futurescape. Set for the ultramodern capital’s Business Bay neighborhood, the skyscraping tower will have a silver facade that appears to undulate.
