The 250-unit Alta Firewheel apartments are being built off Bush Turnpike near the Firewheel Town Center regional shopping center.The apartment project includes a resort-style pool with entertainment areas, a dog park and a fitness facility.Wood Partners previously built Garland’s Alta Spring Creek apartments, which opened in 2021 and were later sold.
“We are pleased to continue expanding our presence in the North Texas area with the groundbreaking of Alta Firewheel,” Wood Partners managing director Ryan Miller said in a statement. “Alta Firewheel will serve as the perfect community for young professionals looking to put down roots in the neighborhood and explore all that Garland has to offer.”
