He’s confident. He has good size for the position. He was successful for one of the better college programs in the country against the best competition. But which player the Texans choose depends on whom the Panthers select, unless Houston trades up. Carolina traded for the No. 1 pick earlier this month and plans to use it on a quarterback.
“It went great,” Stroud said. “We talked about life and some personal stuff. I appreciate them getting to know me.”
