On Wednesday, Canton police found who they had been searching for since a March 28 double fatal shooting.
The victims were identified by police as William Harvey and Jermiah Burton, both 19 years old.The shooting is still being investigated, but the Stark County prosecutor’s office charged the juvenile with murder and complicity to commit felonious assault, complicity to commit murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence.
The teen suspect, who is not being identified by 19 News at this time because of his age, was taken to Stark County Multi-County Juvenile Attention System on Faircrest Ave. S.W. He was arraigned on Thursday and the decision whether to hold him over as an adult in the murders has not been made yet.
