With a cast and director finally set, Marvel producer Nate Moore has shared an exciting Captain America: New World Order filming update. The upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie will continue the threads from Disney+'s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, in which Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson finally accepted the mantle of Captain America passed down to him by Chris Evans' Steve Rogers.

We do [have a script we're very happy with].Everything We Know About Captain America 4 Moore's confirmation that Captain America: New World Order will begin filming in spring largely lines up with director Julius Onah's previous comments on the matter, having indicated this past September that production would get underway at the top of the year.
One of the more interesting points of development for Captain America: New World Order has been the casting of Harrison Ford as Thunderbolt Ross, replacing William Hurt following the star's death earlier this year. Rumors had begun swirling of Ford joining the MCU for the Thunderbolts movie before more reliable reports began indicating he would appear in the Mackie-led sequel.
The other major Captain America: New World Order casting has actually drawn some controversy, with Shira Haas' Sabra inciting a wave of debates over her comic book history and political ties. Marvel themselves came out in defense of the casting, stating they would be taking a new approach to the character and that Sabra would be "freshly imagined" for today's audience.
