A new Captain America: New World Order set image hints at the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Wolverine. Production for the Julius Onah has started in Atlanta with exterior sets being dressed to get ready for filming. Images from certain locations have started to pop up online, giving the public new information about what to expect from the Anthony Mackie-led film.

This isn't necessarily a guarantee, however. Jackman's return as Wolverine is only confirmed for Deadpool 3. The actor did say that he signed up for two films, but it may likely be for an ensemble project like Avengers: Secret Wars. It's also worth noting that despite Jackman's role reprisal, it's still likely that Marvel Studios will introduce their own Wolverine down the line — someone that will be a permanent fixture in the MCU for years to come.
If Captain America: New World Order does feature a reference to Wolverine, however, this will be the second time that a Sam Wilson-led project has done it in the Multiverse Saga. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier debuted Madripoor in the MCU which has ties to the mutant in the comics. Given these, there may be a possibility that Marvel Studios is setting up a connection between the new Captain America and Wolverine.
