Emergency services were called to the Stenhouse Street area of Cowdenbeath at around 3.40pm on Wednesday, August 16, following reports of a two-vehicle crash.
Images from the scene show a dark-coloured car perched precariously over a pedestrian footpath after slamming through the side wall of the bridge. Cops closed the road and cordoned off the path cordoned with police tape while emergency services were at the scene.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.40pm on Wednesday, 16 August 2023, we were called to a report of a crash involving two vehicles on Stenhouse Street, Cowdenbeath. One driver was taken to hospital."
