Interviews are anticipated to be conducted within two weeks of closing date.This position is responsible for a variety of administrative and program management tasks and supports senior management and the strategic direction of the office.
The position will be responsible for the oversight and administration of the film programs and film training that includes budget management, development of evaluation methods and metrics, record keeping and communications, event planning, hosting and public speaking and reporting. The position requires a working knowledge of the NM film industry and incentives, film crew positions for above the line and below the line, NM film statewide organizations, understanding of film production timelines, as well as advanced program management experience.This position will schedule and organize events and trainings as well as speak at public events and act as MC/host. The position will be responsible for creating the film programs for film trainings and the respective presentations.
