Casey Anthony’s dad was spotted outside his Florida home Tuesday for the first time since she blamed him for the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter and claimed he sexually abused her.

“She was soaking wet. I can see him standing there in his hands, telling me that it’s my fault, that I did that — that I caused that,” she said.Caylee Anthony was reported missing about a month after she was last seen alive.“But he didn’t rush to call 911 and he wasn’t trying to resuscitate her. And I just collapsed with her in my arms,” she said, recalling that she was “heavy” and “cold.”
