Three people were stabbed to death on Tuesday
CCTV footage has captured the chilling moment police tasered the alleged knifeman behind the Nottingham attacks.
A police officer with a taser is captured charging towards the vehicle as he pulls open the door and aims the stun gun into the van. More officers are then filmed scrambling towards the vehicle. Nottinghamshire Police said a 31-year-old man was tasered and arrested on suspicion of murder after Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar, both 19, were stabbed to death on Ilkeston Road at 4am. A further victim named Ian Coates, 65, was then found fatally stabbed on Magdala Road before the suspect is believed to have stolen his van and driven at people walking in Milton Street.
