Celtic strikers Adam Idah and Kyogo Furuhashi have not been convincing in recent weeks., former Rangers and Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton was adamant that one of the pair must “grab games by both hands” to secure a permanent spot in the starting line-up.
Kyogo has underwhelmed in recent weeks having scored just one goal in his last eight league outings, while Idah has managed five goals and one assist in his first six games. However, both were poor in Celtic’s recent 2-0 defeat to Hearts, and fans have questioned who should be Rodgers’ first-choice.Hutton claimed that neither have done enough to be top-choice and suggested Rodgers will continue playing both until one “grasps their opportunity”.he told“Idah has come in and scored goals, but he needs to be given that supply of balls into the box.
