Gen V star Chance Perdomo has died in a motorcycle accident aged just 27.
The Los Angeles born actor, who grew up in the UK, was killed in a single vehicle smash, according to officials. No other details of the crash have yet been shared, Deadline reported.Last year, TheDirect reported he'd been edited out of a trailer over 'controversial' views, including liking anti-vax tweets, as well as following misogynistic influencer Andrew Tate online.
'For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person.'We are so sorry for Chance's family, and we are grieving the loss of our friend and colleague.'
Perdomo's publicist confirmed the tragic news with Variety, saying in a statement: 'It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Chance Perdomo’s untimely passing as a result of a motorcycle accident.'
