UPDATE: A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on aggravated assault charges after a teenager was shot in Chandler in earlier this month, police said.
Two teenagers were alone at the house, and police say one of them was holding the gun when it fired.
The victim was shot in the chest area, but was alert and talking when paramedics took him to the hospital. He was seriously hurt but is expected to survive.
