Celebrity chef James Martin gave viewers of his Saturday Morning show a rare treat as he welcomed a rarely seen family member to the kitchen.
Kenny's dish involved a range of Japanese flavours as he used nori to wrap his brined pollock. James then chatted with Kenny about his "amazing career" before asking him about the House of Tides.As Kenny showed off his culinary skills James helped out by lighting the smoker which was used to fill the glass cloche. James then couldn't resist making a quip: "I feel like I'm working in your kitchen.
James joked about the way his trusty dog Ralph was "picking up bits of kipper". As Kenny filled the cloches with the 'smoke' James said: "This is going to make the dog run a mile."
