Hope Church on Queen Street was broken into
The incident took place at Hope Church on Queen Street in Lancaster . The building was broken into at around 11pm on Sunday, August 18.
One month on from the burglary, officers have now issued the image of a man they want to identify in connection with the raid. The man can be seen wearing a face mask and cap.In a statement, Lancaster Area Police said: "We’re appealing for information following a burglary at a church in Lancaster. We received a report of a burglary at Hope Church on Queen Street in Lancaster, at around 11pm on 18th August.
"Enquiries are ongoing and we’d like to speak to the person pictured in connection with our investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting log 0282 of 19th August."
