Officially securing survival should be a formality for Nottingham Forest this weekend as they sign off for the season. The Reds are all but safe heading into the final round of Premier League fixtures. They are three points above 18th-placed Luton Town but with a goal difference of -19 compared to the Hatters’ -31.
“It’s a special place, the City Ground, right on the Trent. I don’t want them to move,” Dawson said on Sky Sports. The winger is ending the season in fine form. He certainly enjoyed scoring against his old club last weekend despite Forest's 3-2 defeat, and he has been backed to keep improving in the Garibaldi.
“He's only going to get better. It's hard to believe he's still only 23 because he seems to have been around for so long. If he is going to continue to get better then I'm excited to see what he's capable of.”
