Like many Bluetooth earbuds, the Arc II Sport support Bluetooth Multipoint connectivity. This technology enables two Bluetooth devices to be connected at the same time so the wearer can listen to music on one device while still being able to take a phone call from a business phone. Switching between the two connected devices is seamless.
Compared with the first iteration of first generation, Cleer has now updated the fit and functionality of the Arc II Sport. The new version has a more secure fit, thanks to its flexible earhook design. The addition of head-motion control technology offers a new way of taking calls, with an easy way of answering without stopping whatever exercise the wearer is doing. The touch sensitive controls on the Sport earbuds allow for smooth operation and can be customised using the Cleer+ app....
Another change to the charging case is the addition of UV-C light that sanitises the earbuds when they are placed back in the case. Earbuds can gather all kinds of bacteria from the ear and the sweat produced during an exercise session. The addition of UV-C sanitation is a welcome feature. The Arc II Sport also have an IPX5 waterproof rating, which is an improvement on the more usual IPX4 and provides protection against low pressure water contact and significantly reduces the risk of damage caused by exposure top water.Another useful feature of the new earbuds is its Anti-loss Detection. If the user drops an earbud, it will beep to make it easier to find.
