According to preliminary information from police, Theodore Broadus, 18, of Cleveland, was driving in a car with three other men when shots were fired inside the vehicle.
A person passing by pulled Broadus out of the vehicle to help him after the three men fled the scene.
Broadus was shot in the head and neck and pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he was then taken to MetroHealth Medical Center because people started to crowd the crime scene.Anyone with information is asked to contact investigators at 216-623-5464. Anonymous information can be provided by calling Crimestoppers at 216-25-CRIME and a reward of up to $5,000.00 may be available.
