Bradford Davy has been named Chief Strategy Officer and Elise Hara Auvil is Bibb’s Chief Administrative Officer. Both are newly designed positions.
Here’s more on Bibb’s latest round of hires.Davy, who was most recently director of regional engagement at The Fund for Our Economic Future, will be a senior advisor to Bibb. Some of Davy’s main responsibilities will include helping advance Bibb’s campaign promises such as addressing racial equity, the West Side Market and arts and culture, among other areas.

Davy has also served as a research and policy analyst for the Center for Community Solutions.Chief Administrative Officer: Auvil, a graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School, has expertise in human resources and employment law. She has served as associate counsel for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and general counsel for Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network. Auvil has also been the director of human resources and employment counsel for Cuyahoga County.
