A community-created patchwork coat with more than 600 contributions is now on show in Bradford.
A community-created coat made from more than 600 separate colourful patches has gone on display at Bradford Cathedral.
Its patches contained the grief, remembrances, prayers and hopes of people for the place where they lived, she said. She added: “The Coat of Hopes also carries forward, in its fabric, the stories of people and places encountered on its way. The Coat of Hopes will be on display in the cathedral's West End tower space from 10:00 until 16:00 from Monday to Saturday.The Coat of Hopes is a project led by artist Barbara Keal, who said the aim was to focus people's minds on "the climate and ecological emergency".
