A 40-year-old San Antonio man and 21-year-old Schertz man were gunned down a year apart.
Scott Carter, 40, was fatally shot dead in the 500 block of Storeywood Drive on March 11, 2022.Local authorities are searching for answers on the anniversaries of two San Antonio-area cold cases.
San Antonio police are looking for the person who fatally shot 40-year-old Scott Carter last year. On March 11, Carter was in the 500 block of Storeywood Drive preparing to go to work whenPolice said a recent model black Ford F-150 Crew Cab pickup truck dropped off the killer before the shooting and picked up the person after. The truck was described as having chrome wheels and a chrome running board.Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 210-224-7867.
The 21-year-old was found shot — and pronounced dead soon after — in his Mercedes sedan at the Sycamore Creek Apartments on Elbel Road on March 12, 2021. Witnesses said an unidentified man was talking to Jeffrey, who was sitting in the vehicle, just before the shooting.
