New study documents first male jaguar coalitions, challenging idea of species as strictly solitary
We dedicate this article to the memory of Dr. Peter Gransden Crawshaw, a pioneer in ecology and conservation of jaguars, and a friend of several of us, who passed away in 2021. His great personality and dedication have always motivated us in our research. We also think of our Ukrainian fellow scientists who had to abandon their own research to defend their country, homes, and universal values that make our research and conservation work meaningful.
